Shipping
Yes, you can cancel your order if you place it between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Swiss Standard Time, Monday to Friday, within 30 minutes of contacting us at support@partyfavours.ch.
Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend will still be shipped as usual.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
If you have had any issues with the quality of our products, we encourage you to please reach out to us. This way we can provide you with a refund or replacement. We always want to hear feedback from our customers, so that we can continue to improve our customer service. We may request images fore all issues to do with quality and damages. Should contact us at support@partyfavours.ch with their order number.

If you have purchased an item or items but find they have gone on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, please email customer service at support@partyfavours.ch and provide your order number, the items at their sale price and request a refund for the difference. We will be happy to refund you the difference. Unfortunately, if it is passed the 7 days the sale price will not be honored. This does not include Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales.
We really want you to be happy with your purchase! If the products you selected didn't work out, we will accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return. Returns received past the allowable date (as shown on your packing list), or containing ineligible items, will not be refunded. Please make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, as damaged returns cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns in paper or padded mailers.
