Shipping Policy
Free standard delivery on full price orders over 99CHF / €109 with no additional tax and duties to pay.
Standard and Express European delivery charges on orders under 99CHF / €109 vary by country.
Orders will be processed within 5-10 days of receipt, and delivered within 10-15 days working days.
Orders ship via DHL or Swiss Post from our Switzerland distribution centre. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, excluding Dutch national holidays .
A physical address is required for all orders. For further questions contact customer service: support@partyfavours.ch (Mon- Friday 8am – 4pm).
Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return your product for any reason within 30 days. The return period is counted from the day of delivery of your order. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of returned goods.
Please note, due to EU regulations, we are unable to accept returns of our sparkler candles.

Email support@partyfavours.ch with your order number to request an RMA number. Please provide your order number when making this request.

Download the return form, print out and put in package.
We recommend that you return the package via a trackable. Please note that partyfavours does not cover the cost of return postage.
